Excellent Customer Service

This Review is for one of the employee's John Pallatte. They did my installation and line was not activated within 24 hours as they stated when they did the installation. Over the course of 2 days I called and spoke to about 6 different employees who were all very nice and professional but all they stated was that we need to wait for the 3rd party. When I got through to John he checked and asked me for extra information, called the 3rd party involved and by the time he called me back he could assist me in activating the account and I was online. He went the extra mine and solved my problem within 20 Min. Excellent service received from him !
