Excellent Customer Service

<p>Hi Afrihost,</p> <p>It is easy to always complain to get things sorted, when we as customers are frustrated, but I am here to compliment Afrihost on their great customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>We recently received Fibre and decided to switch to Afrihost (I am a relatively new customer). I had trouble with my former ISP (adsl line) and decided to cancel my internet while Fibre was being installed in our area.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was many a time that I delt with Afrihost, even before I was a customer, and from sign up to actually setting up and activating my Fibre, everything went very smoothly. All the questions I had, was answered, setup was quick and the best was that the people who assisted me (I delt with about 7 people) was friendly and knowledgeable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to compliment Afrihost on this, as this was probably the best service I have had in a very long time.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is how they treat people who aren't customers yet, I think I will be very happy with you. Please give my thanks and regards to everybody that work in these department(s).</p>
