Excellent Customer Service

I am very very pleased with the service I received recently. I ordered MTN fixed LTE without a router, under the impression that I can use my old LTE router. When it didn't work, Afrihost informed me that the router is not compatible with MTN LTE-A. I then requested to switch to Telkom Fixed LTE, which the confirmed will be compatible with my router. I was refunded for the MTN fixed LTE, as it was never used. Thanks Afrihost!
