<p>I must say it is very difficult to get a great customer experience these days. I was impressed by Lekhotla Moeko from Afrihost.com whom I spoke to on the phone for about 60 minutes. He took time to understand my domain pointing problem and he came with a solution without my customers experiencing down time on our online store.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just when I was thinking we are done, he offered to call me after an hour just to see if everything is running smooth and he kept his promise. Where does this guy from? Excellent customer experience and because of this service, I will continue to do business with Afrihost.com.</p>
