EVERY MONTH THE SAME ISSSUE

please explain how should i log an issue ONLINE if i don't have internet??????????????? phoning Afrihost is just as pathetic 40 minute que??????????????????????????????? send a support e-mail and i received an undelivered mail bac****! ***???? does it look like i have the time and energy to log the same issue E V E R Y S I N G L E M O N T H??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? for **** sakes can my WiFi please just work for more that 30 consecutive days ??????? please confirm if this is not possible then i would rather just cancel everything i have with Afrihost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
