eSIM not worth the trouble...

Don't bother with their eSIM. When migrating to new phone (old phone had their eSIM), the transferred eSIM does not activate on new phone. They then give you the run around (e.g. turn phone off for 5 mins, wait 30, etc.) only to ultimately get you to send a selfie holding your ID and tell you they will request a new eSIM code. But you to go without your SIM/phone number (for at least 1 day as it's weekend) until working hours and therefore unable to do anything which requires OTP (e.g. banking - because apps all need re-auth'ing on new phone). So, dead in the water really... Overall, their eSIM service is clunky at best and not worth the inconvenience (when changing phones).
