Escaleted the matter??

Struggling to get service. Had to be middle man between Vumatel, their sub-contractor and Afrihost.

Must say on Afrihost side Dominique really was great, but all the other people just "escaleted" the matter. That actually means no one will help or phone you till you try someone else again.

Tutu M, Lebohang K, Mbalenhle M, Shanghai T all escaleted the matter and nothing happend.
