Erratic internet service with weak support

I recently started using Afrihost as out internet service provider: taking the 2Mbps Premium Package. The service has been erratic (my latest speedtest = 0.31Mbps download and 0.24Mbps upload). This has happened daily since starting with them. Each time I contact them, they \reset\" my internet from their side which only sorts out the problem temporarily. Their excuses are extremely feeble - from trying to blame our new router that worked well with our previous service provider, etc. Their email support sucks and they send you irrelevant generic responses - asking you to do tests that you have already done and sent them the results for, sending you links that don't exist: it just sends me to your site with a \"Sorry - either this article does not exist\". <br> <br> This is unacceptable as I have been charged the full rate for a premium 2Mbps bundle, and have not received this constantly! It's been an incredibly disappointing experience with them and I would warn others against using them. "
