Endless frustration and issues with router - A***1

Had issues with my router and after dealing with the consultant on the WhatsApp function, decided that it was easier to cancel the service, than sort out the issues experience with the router. Hoped that Afrihost would be able to assist with another router, but it seems that I can buy another from them.
