Empty Promises

Afrihost promise what they can not deliver. After numerous attempts and empty promises I still can not connect to my Fibre. It has been more than a month, speaking to the so called help desk claiming they will sort it out having to hold for 20-40min day after day. I want my money back Afrihost........
