Empty Fibre promise. DO NOT USE!!

I have been paying for a full fibre offering for three months and have had issues since I have joined. In three months, not one person has been able to help me and just keep saying sorry and thank you we will get back to you.

This service is a joke. Just a bunch of friendly people apologising but not actually doing anything.
