Employee of the month... Larnell Mann

I joined Afrihost Fiber in January 2021. I have been battling to get connected since then. So the business relationship started on such a bad foot. I spoke to countless people by Afrihost and got extremely frustrated. They all had exactly the same feedback and excuse. So because of those staff members I was going to give Afrihost a terrible rating. I was fed up and on the verge of cancelling everything. But someone called me from Afrihost just as I was about to cancel. He promised me that he will not stop until the issue was resolved. He called me on numerous occasions and he stayed calm while I was getting even more frustrated. This young gentleman's name is Larnell Mann. He stuck around and kept to his promise. He did not give up on me. I just want to thank him for his outstanding service. Afrihost has a gem on their books. I truly hope they treat him as such. Good job Larnell. You are an absolute star!!! I AM NOW CONNECTED!!! YAY!!!
