Emailed. No reply within 1 full day. Called - hold time 32 minutes

<p>I rep**** to a support ticket last night and by 5pm today, I still had received no response</p> <p>I then tried calling and was 32 in the queue with an estimated hold time of 32 minutes</p> <p>LIVE CHAT - I have never once actually seen it ONLINE. It seems to be permamently offline</p> <p> </p> <p>I used to be impressed with you guys.... What happened?</p>
