Email server has been down for 2 weeks now!

Our email has been down for 2 weeks now. It seems a lot of other businesses are experiencing similar problems (judging by the number of posts on here), yet when you call their call centre, they pretend yours is an isolated incident and ask you to do bull**** adjustments like change your password or change the server port, none of which works and then they try to tell you your computer has a virus. Just own up that there's a problem Afrihost and fix it!
