Email hosting unacceptable

Continuous problems with email servers. Emails undelivered due to DNS settings but when I phone in, after 20 min holding, I am informed that all my DNS settings are correct. Yet *** at Afrihost sends an email to change my DNS settings immediately. Our IP addresses have also been "blacklisted" somewhere or somehow in Afrihost resulting in no emails. Enough is enough!
