I requested a migration from afrihost, when I got to my new place the black box moderm was ******, the migration was free, but they said because their property has been ******, I need to pay r1600 for an installation, (not a new contract, I was migrating my existing line to a place with the same ISP) this was so unfair. Eventually I cancelled because I was unhappy. They charged me a cancellation fee, even when I didn't ask for a new contract...my existing contract was old enough to cancel with no extra charge....Worse part is when I tell their agents, they don't empathize or refer to the facts, they all about "give us your money" we don't wanna hear your side. Not good I'm telling you! Save yourself from that traumatic experience I went through.
