Eft payment not being recognised leading to double payment

Hai boooo last year in December the billing team advised that payment run start from 20th and you can pay with eft which I did this month on the 28th I paid EFT which reflects on my statement then now I was debited again making it to be double payment I want refund the online team is not available there is no where where you can request for your refund
