Very friendly people on the other end of the line with zero actual accountability and resolution of my problem. Internet down for a week. Just cannot get anyone to come out. Their promises for escalation to no avail. Have spent HOURS now on whatsapp and phone with them. Went to buy a new router as that was supposedly the problem. Which it wasn't. Costing my money on data to keep my household running
