Dumbfounded at the level of incompetence and stupidity in afrihost agents

I did a migrate from another ISP to afrihost as they are rated number 1 in the country and let's be honest they should be number 1 from the last. They have *********** agents that captured the order incorrectly on somebody else's line. Then captured on my line assuring me everything was sorted, they sent me a payment link and I paid immediately only to find out later that they still captured my activation under another person's line again. I asked for support for the 3rd and 4th time and was again captured incorrect. On the 5th request for assistance at 18h00 I was told that my payment was on another person's line and that they will relocate payment and then activate my line which can take anything up to 72 hours. In the meantime I have children that study from home without internet available to them. I run a business that needs the internet and nothing available to me. Not to mention no entertainment and all this from a service I paid for but cannot have. If I tell you pathetic service is the only surety you will get then you can be rest assured it is the gospel truth. I dont complain about any business but this one must be brought to book.
