Double Payment Card Authorization

<p>Good Day, I sent an e mail to accounts but they did not fully understand the problem. I helped a firend to pay for his subcription for his website. However me and this friend is no longer in contact, i know that is not your problem, however he used my card detials on his profile, he told me that he chaged it however to this card details, but from our last convo he told me that you took money from my account and his account.
