Double Money Back Claim

I have activated a brand new Mobile five package and have had it for 22 days today. My service i received was terrible and also the support. I wanted to make a claim of the double money back but I was once told that they do not refund mobile data packages, which i know is false. Also I was told that I had the package for more than 60 days, which also is false. They do not want to refund me and I already checked that I qualify for everything so they do not have a reason not to and this is why they use the excuse that I have had the package for more than 60 days.
