Double dipping on devices

Afrihost advertises that they supply MTN products, eg 30 Gig any time and 30 Gig midnight for R 199pm - sim only. They then advertise the same package for R 249 pm for the sim and device (offering R 1000 subsidy on the device). However when we wanted to purchase, we found out from Marlene that you needed to buy a device for R 1499 (price R 2499 less R 1000 subsidy) plus pay the R 50 pm more for the sim plus device package. When asked by why do they double dip, ie the R 50 pm extra for the device plus still buy the device her answer was that is how the package is structured. We still wanted to proceed, but then requested express delivery, which the system says we qualified for in our area. When Marlene was asked about this she said we did not qualify as we were further than 30 km from Rivonia. So please afrihost you are losing customers because of the double dipping and the bad customer service and info.
