Double Debit for the same Service

i am very dissapointed in vodacom and Afrihost, on the 14th March i had a fibre line installed in my house through Afrihost, not Vodacom , and i was charged by Afrihost an amount of R1.746 for installation and delivery , and on the 1st April i was charged R625 for the fibre line , to my surprise i last month i was charged R 3 599.13 for the same services by Vodacom , which i queried because i do not have any fibre contract with vodacom, only my mobile , i do not know hat middle man business Afrihost and Vodacom have, however when i confronted the two service providers i was taken from pillar to post, Accounts department to the other, through all this i was the one having to make the calls between the two service providers as they keep blaiming one another, Afrihost asked me to send the Invoice from Vodacom which i did send to their accounts departments weeks back to this day nothing was done and no one bothered to give me feedback as they said they will resolve the matter, Vodacom went and debited my account and now when i look at my upcoming invoice , they are still debiting me R425 for a fibre line which i did not open with them, i am very dissapointed at both service providers as they do not value their customers, i will cancel my month to moth contract that i have apparently with both service providers and take my business where i will be treated like a valued customer, however i want the public to know this.
