Double billing for connection change

I have been a loyal patron of Afrihost services for 5 years+. I moved from one unit to another unit on the SAME street address with working fiber. Afrihost want to doube bill me just to change my connection between 2 boxes on the same premises. What a joke! Will not be supporting them anymore.
