DOUBLE BILLING

Afrihost is the worst on resolving client queries . BUT GREAT AT Billing , they have the best admin team for this . I have been busy with the transfer of account from my husband to my name . In creating the account and the request this was registered as an addition product purchase .Immediately when I receive communication for installation , I cleared things up . You get no proper response ,its like you are talking to machines on their WhatsApp line . Now they are telling me i have to pay 2 contracts for the same property will 1 April . RIDICULOUS !!!
