Dont use Afrihost or Vumatel...

Terrible experience. Sighed up with Afrihost then over a month went past without any feedback on installation. Then they just pull up their shoulders and say vuma must do it they will contact me. After numerous attempts to assist from my side confirming address and accounts and everything they come to the conclusion they cant do anything. After all of this they still send me an invoice for installation I reached out and tell them they said they can not help they cant invoice me they assured me they wont invoice if the installation wasn’t complete. They still invoiced me for installation and ran the debit order. After that argument i decided to cancel the services due to the poor service and them not doing their part(Cancellation was successful). They ran another debt order so i made sure it wouldn’t co through after which they cold called me saying my services is suspended until i pay them the money I then explained the whole thing to the person to which he responded he needs to do an investigation then he’ll get back to me... that never happened and now they sending me emails that my service will be suspended until i pay the arrears money... Till today i wasn’t even contacted to do an installation. I dont even have anything to be suspended. This is completely unacceptable and would never recommend VUMA or Afrihost to anyone!!!
