Dont trust Afrihost with your email history data

I send emails and generate reports on EximStat data which consists of 90 days or more of history.<br> In March 2015 they extracted the history correctly giving me 3 months of history to compile and evaluate.<br> I requested in Mid July 2015 for a similar request and all they give me is a day or two of data.<br> <br> Then when I ask if the database to be available in my Cpanel in PHPadmin, they give me a database dump which I as a customer, have to figure out how to make this data dump visible to me.<br> <br> <br> On a few emails I requested confirmation on whether my history were intact because 2 or more support people gave me incorrect history spanning only a day or two. None of them has since confirmed this.<br> <br> By Afrihost dropping my history or loosing my email data in Eximstats database means I am unable to report to my clients on what happened with the emails sent. <br> <br> If my clients claims money from me failing to deliver reports, should Afrihost be held responsible?<br> <br> All I needed was the SMTP.csv, DEFERS.csv, FAILED.csv and SENDS.csv. to a total of +-50MB of data.<br> Now they can only give me data of about 1.5MB.<br> <br> AFRIHOST staff are *********** or spiteful or deliberate in loosing my data.<br>
