Dont trust Afrihost. Don't deliver what is promise

Afrihost Misrepresentation of service: At the end of March 2015 I queried if my current afrihost sim supported LTE/4G. On 4 April you said it would take up to 48 hours to activate LTE on my existing SIM. I believed you. Yet 4,176 hours later (That's 174 days OR 6 months later) I go and buy another LTE router only to find out that you are not providing me with and LTE service but just plain old 3G. <br> <br> I send your support centre an email showing how poorly your sim compares with your competitor... Same carrier (MTN) ~ your sim only works 3G and the other provides a perfect 4G service... same location, same modem. You **** to me for 174 days and when I point this out you provide a \stupid"reply that suggests I test it in another location. If I don't get an LTE service from you but do from your competitor you expect me to move my house ... Silly me ... <br> <br> Anyway"
