Dont pick afrihost as your ISP (bad service)

The service at afrihost is unbelieveably bad. The never follow up to find out if the customers problem was resolved. Each time you contact them you speak to a different person. So you need to explain everything again what is wrong with your internet. Then they just do the same as previous person. I have a bad line at my house and Octotel has not come out to check the line and afrihost just does not care.
