Dont go afrihost

The most pathetic Internet company to work with. My internet has been down for 8days.spoke tp over 10 diffrent people who could not help me. Spoke to people who said they will call me back and never did. You request a call back and they call either 4hours later of even never. When you speak to them on the WhatsApp help center they just leave the chat. Ive waited 20min to get through to the call centre just to be put down by one of the phone operators. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM. its long weekend and i will be sitting without Internet ones again. End of the month they want to debit you but you cannot even use your Internet you pay for?
