Dont give a damn about your customers!

If I can give a 0 star rating I would. Before writing this review, I actually provided Afrihost with more than sufficient time to resolve my query (2months in fact). When fibre was installed in our neighbourhood, I immediately app**** through afrihost to get me connected. Fibrehoods came and installed the Fibre CPE device and afrihost confirmed all should be in order and that is when my severe frustration began. 1st of all their so called call me back service is not existent (after about 10 attempts). I then finished my cellphone bundle rates listening to their wonderful "please hold" music still no resolution. after many emails, sms's, phonecalls and empty promises I am still without fibre. I am beyond angry!!!
