DON'T EVER CONSIDED USING AFRIHOST!

If I could give a zero star I WOULD!

They delivered a router to me (3 months after I app****) - then I didn't need it anymore and requested a return of the router. Firstly, once it was delivered a debit order from my bank account went off, this is when I ordered the return of the router and they promised their courier would phone me with a collection date - if said date was after the 31st of December they would charge me for the whole router as it is on a return order. Secondly, they're courier phone once then phone rang for one second and they hung up, I received and email asking for an alternative number as the courier "tried to phone me and I did not answer" - for four weeks I've now been struggling to book the collection, and then Afrihost took ANOTHER R999 for the router because THEY'RE COURIER DID NOT CALL ME IN TIME.

I'd never ever use Afrihost! Such bad customer service!
