Don't do business with Afrihost.com!

Not helpful. I asked for help explaining that I was not tech savvy & a small businesses trying to start up. They did not help, nor explain, I just kept getting links to a support page which was not helpful. A year ago I asked for the account to be closed becasue I never used it and found that were extra fees to get the website up. They never did, a year later I got spammed with emails about my account being overdue. I had to pay over R700 to close the account, I asked for the account to be closed over a year ago & got fined becasue no one closed my account.
