Dont care attitudes

I would like to inform Mr Gian Visser that his very professional team at Afrihost just cost him a loyal client of 10 years. I am waiting for the accounts department to call me back tomorrow so that i can carry through with the cancelation. I unfortunately dont have time for this dont care is what it is attitude that i am getting from your staff Mr Gian Visser.
