Don't bother logging a ticket with Afrihost

Over the last 4/5 years I have been dealing with Afrihost the company and staff has been brilliant. In the last three months they have managed to take my expectations of the company to an all time low.

I have not had a response in a week and a half after they double debited us.. This is actually just ******* now. So I will definitely be sending people to other ISPs in future.
