Don't answer phones and do job properly.

I am disgusted that Afrihost cannot seem to get their facts right. Not only for the last 12 months has their phone line said they have been inundated with support calls and cannot answer your call as quickly as they'd like, they seem to just want money all the time as well. I was told to pay an amount off before I can cancel. I paid this amount. Then I was told I had another amount to pay. So I paid this. And now they still won't cancel my account and say I owe another amount of money. This is ridiculous. I don't know what is wrong with these service providers lately. For the record, I have been on waiting for 14 minutes now. The call went from saying your call will be answered in 4 minutes, then 2 minutes, then 1 minute. It then went back up to 2 minutes and now back up to 4 minutes. Most frustrating company ever. This has been happening for the last 6 months that I have tried to call them.
