Don't get what you pay for

I constantly experience problems with Afrihost and connectivity!<br> <br> Why do I continue to pay for a 10MB line if I continue to receive slow download speeds...webpages being sluggish and not opening!<br> <br> I have to phone in every day and they simply recreate the port - I don't know how many times we have to recreate ports before there will be a lasting improvement!<br> <br> If you can provide the service then rather be honest and say so instead of taking our money and not delivering on the service!
