Don't get what I pay for

<p>I am paying for a capped unshaped account yet Afrihost are shaping my account. I have a 10Mbps line and I can't even stream any HD content on my DSTV decoder. If I test the download speed it is > 8Mbps which should handle HD content easily. </p>
