Don't care attitude

<p>For about three weeks I have had a problem in that a huge amount of spam goes straight into my inboxes without passing through my spam box.</p> <p>I have spent countless hours trying to get Afrihost to sort it out.</p> <p>Some guy threatened me to change my mx records within 24 hours. He changed them within 8 hours and destroyed my spambox. I emailed him and of course he never responded.</p> <p>I rerouted my mail to an online spam removal company but was still receiving spam into the mail boxes created on your servers.</p> <p>After a day on the phone and no help from no-one a guy phoned me and said he would help me.</p> <p>After sending him numerous emails and begging him to phone me he has not bothered. I even told him I am going to Hello Peter and he still did not respond. This is of course because you guys do not respond to Hello Peter so why should he care.</p> <p>It is a shame that Afrihost always are not prepared to walk the extra mile with their clients when they have a complicated problem. You can never get hold of anybody to help as they do not have a system to escalate complicated situations.</p> <p>Even when they do put you through to persons who are supposed to be in authority their mailboxes are full and you have to phone again and start the process again to try to speak to someone who &ldquo;might be prepared to help&rdquo;. I say might be prepared to help as it seems like no one really cares one bit.</p> <p>NTE- ********** 7]:</p>
