Domain transfer nightmare

<p>It is with last resort that im coming to Hello Peter to try resolve an ongoing issue.</p> <p>We recently tried to transfer a domain over to Afrihost. Its now been 20+ days with an infinite amount of phone calls and emails. Most frustrating, is that there seems to be a new person trying to handle the concern from scratch everyday which is getting us nowhere.</p> <p>We are none the wiser as to technical issues your are experiencing (which is what i gather from afrihost) as we are not informed no matter how many emails we send through to try help.</p> <p> </p> <p>Could somebody please take control of the situation and inform us as what can be done to make this a success. We are desperately trying to move our site over to Afrihost as our prevous ISP is closing its doors.
