Domain Hosting Nightmare

I have no words. Afrihost has deleted by website and email accounts from their server - for no apparent reason.

I do not understand how this happens in a space of 3 hours. There is no sense of responsibility or accountability.

I have lost a day's worth of emails and there is no back up available.
