Doesn't care about service

I ordered my fixed wireless package from Afrihost 16 days ago. Money for the router and connection was deducted ASAP!!! Product was received in a timely manner. Went online before ordering this product to check if I am covered by Afrihost / Rain for this LTE service and I was so hence the above order happened.

I plugged my device in and boom !! I got a magical download speed of an astonishing 4mbps (sarcasm) I then proceeded with an extension cord moving around my house, outside included, doing speed test after speed test and getting nothing better than the above speed.

I then contacted Afrihost to log a call to get my problem solved. The first technician said I should test the device in another household. Great, did so and had amazing speeds of about 20mbps. Called Afrihost back and logged an official call for this issue as I AM PAYING FOR AN LTE SERVICE I HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVING!!! Every single day since then, I have to call Afrihost for an update, no are sent to me, i.e. what real companies with the drive for customer service do. I have been contacting them everyday with no real meaning or solution to what is happening with my connection all the technicians keep saying is this. Please hold so I may consult with my supervisor. The supervisor then does nothing as they have no information of value to give me. Today I phoned them and asked the technician to give me a solution now! Bongani then said he would contact the service provider as he had no answers for me like every other technician. He put me on hold for about 5 minutes, picked up the phone and said that he will get back to me as this was going to take some time because he is holding on the line for them. I said that's fine, I'll wait.... He then proceeded to put me on hold for an hour and 5 minutes.... then I hung up because it seems like Bongani couldn't care less, like everyone else. So all the technicians I have spoken to have promised me an email stating what was discussed in our phone call, no mails have been received, I highly doubt Bongani will send me one either because he is really busy with the service provider (sarcasm ) Let me also add that anytime I phone Afrihost I wait for a minimum of 30 minutes before my call is answered.

All in all, a super **** service from Afrihost. I would not recommend them to anyone.
