Does not deliver modem after payment received!

I joined up online and paid R1000 for a modeming September. Almost a month later I still have not received the modem. I queried this via e-mail, but without any response whatsoever from Afrihost (ticket numbers: #HSZ- ********** 9, #KAY- ********** 6 to name a few). I have tried calling their number ********** , to be told I'm 4th in line and once I get to number 1 I get bumped back to number 47 in line! How absolutely ridiculous is that? I have contacted them online via their website via the chat option only to be told that the chat option is not available. And like I have mentioned that their ********** gets no replies. Please consider very carefully whether you want to make use of their services.
