***** Afrihost Account Openings and No Cancellations

I opened an account with afrihost and tried to transfer a domain from another service provider to afrihost. I then discovered that it was not such an easy process and asked for help through whatsapp from inside their client zone. I couldnt get any help. I wrote an email to cancel the service since i had entered my bank details for a debit order. To my suprise they refused the email saying i need to log into the client zone and cancel the account myself. I logged in but couldnt find the tabs they said i must click to cancel. I later spoke to a Blessing on whatsapp who just ended up cutting the conversation and not assisting me at all. I think this is very unfair and poor service unprofessional and very *****. I suggest anyone who wants to open an account with them thinks twice before they do. They dont accept cancellations the way i see it.
