Do not use Afrihost - terrible customer support

I have had connectivity issues for some time now and logged this many times. Every time I get the same answer - send screenshots etc etc.

The last time I called they kept me on the chat for an hour sending screenshot after screenshot. I then told them I need a technician to come. They logged the request and said I would get an answer 24 - 48 hours later.

This never happened. Fed up and despondent, I reached out again and got the same thing as before but with a ****y attitude to go with it. His name is Kgalhlisho R.

This is impacting my job and I am tired. Most useless provider by far that I have ever worked with.

If I don't get a technician immediately I am going to cancel and move to another provider. The service is shocking - go elsewhere.
