Do not use Afrihost for fibre, you will be miserable

The most horrible internet service provider!!!! It was a challenge to get fibre, I had to call them each and every day it took them more than two weeks. The call center agents do nothing all they do is escalated to Openserve they don't give you the real issue because they don't even know.

My second concern now is I have not been having internet connection since the 23 March and they keep saying I should wait for 24 hours! But when I ask what is the issue, they say its with Openserve. I called today on the 24 March and they telling me that they will be sending a technician on the 25 March, why didn't they send the technician on the 23 March? What the hell are they doing, only sending emails to Openserve and sit and wait for Openserve to reply? If I could give them zero for star rating I definitely would.
