Do not use Afrihost!!!

Afrihost is probably one of the worst ISP out there. I have had no internet for one month now and nobody at this company seems to know why. No feedback from them. My cancellation will only take effect from August so I’m expected to not have internet for another month as well, yet they still have the audacity to continue with the debit order. Poor customer service all around, on WhatsApp/telephonically/email.
