Do not use

I cannot get any solution for my LTE being deactivated for more than 10 days now. I phone them every day, they just keep on saying no feedback. This is ridiculous, as they cannot provide a reason for this deactivation and also cannot provide a solution for it. Every day they say maybe tomorrow. Its been 10 days now and no response / help from their side.
