Do NOT trust Afrihost!!!

Afrihost this is now becoming a joke! In November 2017 I signed up for 2 double data deals, 1 x 25gb and 1 x 85gb. The double data is for a limited time only and is ending November. I have been battling to get my double data from Afrihost, with them constantly blaming their product provider (really not my problem). I eventually got the double data on the 25gb account, and then THEY REMOVED IT AGAIN???!!!! On the 85gb account I have not received any double data and have to top-up with data. I have asked multiple times for a manager to contact me to resolve this issue, just to be told to DM them. They do this just to keep you quiet and then ignore you. Nobody follows up, their management does not seem to exist and they don't even respond anymore!?!? This is disgusting service and I'm pretty sure ******* to sell a contract to a consumer with the premise of receiving a certain amount of data a month and then just never giving it to the customer!?!? Afrihost please sort this out by Tuesday 29 May 2018 to avoid legal action. Please do not ask me to DM you with the details, YOU HAVE IT! CHECK THE OPEN TICKET AND MULTIPLE CHATS!
