DO NOT TOUCH AFRIHOST!

I have exhausted all my options here to get hold of Afrihost. I signed up to installed a new fibre line at my house. Once signed up I was charged R1400 for installation (which wasn't necessary as the ONT box was ready and installed at our premises). Then I was charged for my pro rata for the month. After 3 weeks of fighting with Afrihost, costing my 400min, 15GB of data back and forth with no help whatsoever, internet was never installed. I then cancelled everything and was promised a full refund by your accounts department and from one of your superiors that phoned me. Nothing has been done so far, and then I got sent a invoice of R999 for November. I phoned your accounts department to which I was then told that I owe Afrihost R799. When asked why I havent received my refund I was told that the R1800 refund taken for cancellation fees. Yet, not a single soul from this company is able to assist me or actually knows what's going on! This review will also just disappear into space..
